PAMI Certificate in International Management

PAMI Certificate in International Management is awarded to participants who enroll in the program and complete: 3 PAMI Courses AND attend 4 PALS (Pacific Asian Lecture Series) Lectures. (All courses for the PAMI certificate must be taken at The University of Hawai'i at Manoa.)

Certificate students may substitute one course from the list of approved non-business courses or the Field Study Abroad in Asia as their third course in their certificate program.

ELIGIBILITY:

PAMI participants must be junior or senior-level undergraduates or graduates of a US or foreign degree program. Students taking 600-level courses must have graduate status. All prerequisites or the consent of the instructor to waive the prerequisites must be obtained prior to the start of the course.

Foreign students must have a TOEFL score of 500 to register for summer credit courses. If you are coming from abroad, please consult the University of Hawaii at Manoa Outreach College.

ENROLLMENT IN PAMI COURSES DOES NOT IMPLY ADMISSION TO A DEGREE PROGRAM OF THE UHM CBA.

COSTS AND REGISTRATION:

Registration for the PAMI Certificate is a two step process:

1. Students must first register with the UH Manoa Outreach College as stated in the Summer Session Catalogue and pay full tuition and term fees. The first day for registration for UH Summer Session and PAMI Summer Programs is April 5, 2005 for UHM students and April 12, 2005 for all other students.

2. Student must apply for a PAMI Certificate Program using the PAMI Certificate Application. PAMI program certificate fee of $250 (Checks or money order payable to "RCUH"), which should be included with your PAMI application form no later than June 30, 2005.

Dormitory housing on the UHM campus is available. Housing requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis through University of Hawai'i at Manoa Student Housing Services

ACCREDITATION

All CBA courses are fully accredited by the AACSB-International Association for Management Education.

Please consult your academic advisor about the applicability of PAMI courses to your degree program.
